Implementing a single Human Resources data management system for all campuses in the CSU and upgrading campuses to the latest version of PeopleSoft.

HR Reorganization
Restructured Human Resources' service delivery into specialized areas. Developed a public-facing webpage and delivered campus-wide presentations to clarify new HR roles, service areas, and points of contact.
Personnel Transaction Request (PTR) Redesign
Modernized the staff appointment process by replacing the legacy eSAF system with an automated, Salesforce-based platform, reducing delays, improving accuracy, and strengthening lifecycle management of personnel actions.
Budget Hub Webpage Launch
Delivered a centralized digital platform to increase transparency, improve access to financial information, and support cross-unit understanding.
