The Office of Student Conduct, Rights and Responsibilities administers the Student Conduct Code (California Code of Regulations Title 5, Section 41301). Matters relating to student conduct and violations of the Student Conduct Code should be referred to this office. Issue are addressed in a manner to facilitate the ethical development of students, encourage respect for the campus community, and hold students accountable for violations of the Student Conduct Code.
