Dean of College of Health - Dr. Sonja Lenz-Rashid
Dr. Lenz-Rashid comes to us from San Francisco State University, where she most recently served as Director of the School of Social Work. With more than 20 years of experience in higher education, she brings a strong track record of leadership in both academic and student affairs, as well as a deep commitment to equity, student success, and community partnerships.

Dr. Keri O'Neal
Dr. O’Neal has been a thoughtful and collaborative leader who has served our campus in a wide range of roles over the years. Since stepping in as Interim Dean of CLASS last summer, she has worked closely with department chairs, faculty, staff, and students to guide the college through key transitions, support innovative programming, and strengthen partnerships both on and off campus.
Dean of College of Science - Dr. Carmen Bustos-Works
Dr. Bustos-Works joins us from California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt, where she has most recently served as Associate Vice President of Academic Programs and Dean of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies. A chemist by training and a champion of inclusive excellence in STEM, she brings over two decades of leadership in teaching, research, and academic administration across the CSU system.
