RAW Center Membership

No additional membership fee is required for Cal State East Bay students currently enrolled in one or more academic classes and having paid the "UU Rec Fee" listed as a part of their student fees.
Note: Current university employees enrolled in courses via fee waiver are not eligible for the student membership option and are required to purchase a staff/faculty membership. -
Cal State East Bay students currently enrolled in academic classes and NOT paying the "UU Rec Fee" as a part of their student fees can purchase a membership at the RAW Front Desk or online via their or RAW Member App. This membership type serves those enrolled in the American Language Program, Open University, Post-Baccalaureate degrees, Certificate Programs, or other programs that do not require payment of regular student fees.

Cal State East Bay Employee Affiliates are eligible to purchase RAW memberships online via their or RAW Member App.
Individuals hold current designation as faculty, staff, retiree, faculty emeritus, or campus contractors (ASI, Chartwells, Pioneer Bookstore, & Foundation) may use their NetID credentials to access the RAW portal or RAW App. Individuals without a Net ID are required to create their membership first and email rawcenter@csueastbay.edu to have their Employee Affiliate eligibility set prior to making their desired purchase.

Cal State East Bay alums are eligible to purchase RAW memberships online via their or RAW Member App.
Alumni with a NetID can access the RAW portal or RAW App using their credentials to log into the system. Alumni without a Net ID are required to create their membership first and email rawcenter@csueastbay.edu to have their Alumni eligibility set prior to making their desired purchase.
Alumni membership includes RAW facility access and group fitness classes. Alumni members are not eligible to participate in Intramural Sports and certain student fee funded wellness programs.

Current student RAW members can purchase a sponsored guest membership at the RAW front desk. All sales will be posted to the student financials account for payment at a later time.
The sponsoring student member and sponsored guest must both be present at the time of purchase. The sponsored guest must provide a current photo ID, Drivers License, or passport at time of membership creation. They will need to provide their name, email, telephone number, birthdate, address, emergency contact information, take a photo, and sign waivers to create their membership.

Cal State East Bay students not currently enrolled in academic classes for two (2) consecutive academic terms can purchase a membership at the RAW Front Desk or online via their or RAW Member App.
Non-enrolled students with a NetID can access the RAW portal or RAW App using their credentials to log into the system. Non-matriculated students without a Net ID are required to create their membership first and email rawcenter@csueastbay.edu to have their eligibility determined prior to making their desired purchase.

Community members are eligible to purchase RAW memberships online via their or RAW Member App.
Off-campus individuals will need to create a membership profile using their email address via the RAW Portal or RAW App. They will need to provide their name, email, telephone number, birthdate, address, emergency contact information, take a photo, and sign waivers to create their membership. The community member must provide a current photo ID, Drivers License, or passport at first front-desk check in.
Community membership includes RAW facility access and group fitness classes. Community members are not eligible to participate in Intramural Sports and certain student fee funded wellness programs.
