PIAA is an expansion of the Transfer Asian Pacific American Student Success (APASS) Program within the department of Student Equity and Success (SEAS) focused on providing academic support services and resources for first-year and continuing students who may identify as Pacific Islander and/or Asian American. SEAS programs provide academic support services and resources for our underserved and underrepresented students.

Access

Providing access for historically oppressed people both to college, during (financial aid, scholarships, etc), and afterwards into graduate school & career opportunities.

Allyship

We believe allyship with fellow Black, Indigenous, POC communities is essential to our collective success.

Action

We believe in empowering students to make positive change within their communities.
