Eligibility & Selection
- Full admittance to Cal State East Bay for the '25-'26 academic year
- Willingness to commit to program participation throughout the year (regularly meeting with advisor & peer mentor, attending workshops/events, etc)
- Interest in learning alongside Pacific Islander and Asian American community members
- First-generation college students receive priority
Program Requirements
- Make a commitment to the PIAA Program for the first academic year you are enrolled at Cal State East Bay
- Participate in program-related activities
- Meet with a PIAA counselor at least two (2) times per semester
- Regularly meet with a PIAA peer mentor
