A structured layout designed to showcase multiple videos in one view. Each video features a title and can be played directly from the page, making it ideal for highlighting stories, programs, or campus experiences.

1. Log into and select your site.
   • *Note: This content type is only available for the index page.*
     
     
     
2. Navigate to the index page.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Select Edit.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Select + icon in Main to add a new content type.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. Select Video Gallery in the newly added content type.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Add a Section Title.
   
   
   
   
   
7. Select Choose File to select an image that is 424w by 754h pixels for the image.
   • *Note: Add a minimum of three videos*
     
     
     
8. Add a concise, descriptive text alternative for accessibility in the ALT Text field.
   
   
   
9. Copy the YouTube Video ID.
   • *Note, the video ID could be found in the URL.  The last 11 characters is the video ID.
     In our example our YouTube ID is "f513IUABHH4".
     
     
     
     
     
10. Enter the Video ID in the field.
    
    
    
    
11. Add a Title that appears beneath the video thumbnail
    
    
    
12. Add a Description that appears beneath the title
    
    
    
    
13. Repeat step 7- step 11 for each video in the gallery.
    
    
    
14. Select Preview Draft.
    
    
    
    
    
    
    
15. After previewing changes made, select Submit.
    
    
    
    
    
    
    
16. Enter Comments for changes made.
    
    
    
    
    
    
17. Select Check Content & Submit to add changes to your site.
    
    
    
    
    
    
18. Select the Check Box.
    
    
    
    
    
    
19. When you're ready to go live, the last step is to publish the changes.
